Proxy Checker

It is pretty simple to use just open the tool and drop your proxy file after that select proxy type, timeout, number of thread and done you are ready to go. It checks either proxy is dead or alive and automatically saves alive proxies in a sperate file. Make sure you keep the thread low otherwise increasing in the thread may lead to false/negative results.
